Yesterday, HCBA member Attorneys Wheelock, Sheridan, and Hallisey joined Judges Caruso, Shah, Dembo, Armata and Moore in supporting Footwear With Care. The HCBA and its charitable arm, the HCBF, are proud to stand behind Footwear With Care and its mission to provide quality footwear and regular foot care to Hartford’s homeless community through annual events.
