The HCBA announces the 2021 Hartford County Bar Association Hartford area High School Scholarship

The 2021 HCBA High School scholarship Award was presented to Kemuel Bermudez-Cotto. He is a 2021 graduate of Hartford Public High School. He will be attending the University of Connecticut.
